Tripling of the yearly revenue by inspiring an international business development and marketing team.

PharmaFluidics develops microchip-based chromatography columns for biomarker discovery and biopharmaceutical analysis. They nearly had an MVP and involved me to begin the commercialization process. I set up a business development team with inside sales, application specialists and marcom professionals for Europe, the US and Canada. I also drew up the business development strategy. In the meantime, PharmaFluidics has been acquired successfully by ThermoFisher Scientific.
